  • Why is clinical supervision or consultation important ?
Working with young people who often suffer varying degrees of emotional distress and disturbance can be puzzling, distressing and demanding.  For this reason regular clinical supervision and consultation should be an essential part of professional life of all who work in helping profession i.e.: social workers, medical staff, youth workers, care staff in residential therapeutic settings, educational settings or residential provision.
